The definition for this outcome will be according to the diagnostic criteria set out in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) version that was in use at the time the study outcome data were collected (either DSM-IV [43] or DSM V [44]). Study Characteristics Studies must include a mediation/moderation analysis of at least one factor that is modifiable after birth.
