The process of developing the KOPS measure is described in detail elsewhere (S Mathur et al., unpublished data).
Parallel forms of the case vignette and quiz will be used at baseline and end line assessments (ie, respondents will be assessed on the same domains but with different cases and alternative question formulations at each time point). In each form, participants will be presented with a written case description followed by 5 session vignettes in a logical sequence.
