Primary Technology-Enhanced Care for Hypertension Scaling Program: Trial-Based Economic Evaluation Examining Effectiveness and Cost-Effectiveness Using Real-World Data in Singapore

At the same time, it is important to continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of the program in the long run. Worldwide, there is a growing interest in using real-world data to inform regulatory and reimbursement decisions. Several challenges exist when using real-world data and need to be dealt with [27,28]. First, data quality varies in the real-world setting. Low-quality data could render the results obtained invalid.

These challenges align with previous research indicating that allo-SCT patients frequently experience psychological distress, including anxiety, depression, and feelings of isolation, which can negatively impact recovery and long-term survival [5,6,9]. Focus group findings also highlight that allo-SCT survivors had an appreciation for the potential positive impacts of the mindfulness and music therapy intervention components.

Posts with 600 characters or more were defined as “long-text posts.” Previous studies suggest that long-text posts tend to provide more comprehensive information and exhibit higher engagement levels [27]. The top 20 long-text posts with the highest level of popularity each month on the three platforms were selected to establish an analysis database (ADB) for lexical analysis with NLP tools and information quality assessment.

Safety and Efficacy of Modular Digital Psychotherapy for Social Anxiety: Randomized Controlled Trial

Safety and Efficacy of Modular Digital Psychotherapy for Social Anxiety: Randomized Controlled Trial

In the long term, SAD can lead to profound social isolation; missed opportunities; and comorbid conditions such as depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and substance abuse [1,3,4]. While symptoms do not typically improve in the absence of treatment [5,6], cognitive behavioral therapy for social anxiety (CBT-SA) has been established as an effective treatment with moderate to large effects on social anxiety symptoms [7-9].

Factors Influencing Information Distortion in Electronic Nursing Records: Qualitative Study

Factors Influencing Information Distortion in Electronic Nursing Records: Qualitative Study

Our study (currently under review) further investigated the manifestations of information distortion in ENRs through a qualitative approach (Jianan Wang, BS, unpublished data, January 2025). The findings revealed that information distortion permeates various aspects of ENRs, including assessments, care planning, interventions, incident management, and billing. This is particularly concerning as certain decision-making processes cannot tolerate inaccurate information, which may lead to severe consequences.

Efficacy of a Digital Postoperative Rehabilitation Intervention in Patients With Primary Liver Cancer: Randomized Controlled Trial

Efficacy of a Digital Postoperative Rehabilitation Intervention in Patients With Primary Liver Cancer: Randomized Controlled Trial

The test method was to select a 50-meter-long hard surface in the corridor outside the ward and place markers at both ends. Patients were asked to walk back and forth along the marked line as far as possible, ensuring that there was no interference in the surrounding area, talking, running, and jumping were prohibited during the walk, and there was no hesitation at the folding point, and the total distance traveled was calculated after timing the walk for 6 minutes [13].

Effectiveness of Virtual Reality–Complemented Pulmonary Rehabilitation on Lung Function, Exercise Capacity, Dyspnea, and Health Status in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease: Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Effectiveness of Virtual Reality–Complemented Pulmonary Rehabilitation on Lung Function, Exercise Capacity, Dyspnea, and Health Status in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease: Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

For instance, Wang et al [22] included both randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and non-RCTs, but their quantitative analysis was limited to the 6-minute walk distance (6 MWD), with dyspnea and HRQo L outcomes only descriptively summarized. Patsaki et al [23] and Obrero-Gaitán et al [26] restricted their analyses to English-language publications, potentially excluding relevant non-English studies.
